15 Application of Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Act 2000, ch 8

For the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Act 2000, chapter 8, a person is taken to be a person carrying on a regulated business under that Act by being a director of the governing body of a provisionally accredited, or accredited, school.
