EDUCATION (ACCREDITATION OF NON-STATE SCHOOLS) ACT 2001 - SECT 17B
17B Board not satisfied about particular matter
If the board decides it is not satisfied about a matter mentioned in section
17(1)(b), it must as soon as practicable give the applicant an information
notice about the decision.
