EDUCATION (ACCREDITATION OF NON-STATE SCHOOLS) ACT 2001 - SECT 2

(1) The following provisions of this Act commence on the date of assent—

(a) sections 4, 132, 176 and 219;

(b) parts 1 and 2 of chapter 5;

(c) schedules 2 and 3.

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act commence on 1 January 2002.
