Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, by notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the Minister within a reasonable time of at least 30 days stated in the notice, further information or a document the Minister reasonably requires to decide the application.
(2) The applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application if, within the stated time, the applicant does not comply with the requirement.
(3) When giving the notice, the Minister must have regard to the time remaining for the Minister to decide the application.
