Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The joint applicants may appoint 1 of them as the principal applicant for a joint application made by them.
(2) However, the appointment may be made only—
(a) in the joint application; or
(b) by a signed notice from all the joint applicants to the administering authority.
(3) The joint applicants may, by a signed notice from all of them to the authority, cancel the appointment.
