Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) An application may, by written notice given to the administering authority, be withdrawn by the applicant at any time before the environmental authority is issued.
(2) If the applicant withdraws the application the applicant must give each entity who has made a current objection notice of the withdrawal.
