Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the amendment is made, the applicant may submit an amended version of the current submitted EM plan for the environmental authority.
(2) However, the amendments in the amended version—
(a) can only be amendments that are necessary to reflect the amendment to the environmental authority; and
(b) must comply with the requirements that apply under section 189 or 203 for a submitted EM plan.
