Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a transferee is given a copy of the amended environmental authority under section 264.
(2) The transferee must within 10 business days give each owner of the land to which the environmental authority relates written notice that the authority has been transferred to the transferee.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)—10 penalty units.
