Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIf the administering authority amends an environmental authority to make a correction, it must, within 10 business days after giving notice of the correction under section 290(b)—
(a) amend the environmental authority to give effect to the amendment; and
(b) record particulars of the amendment in the appropriate register.
