Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIf the administering authority amends an environmental authority under section 290A, it must, within 10 business days after giving notice of the amendment under section 290A—
(a) amend the environmental authority to give effect to the amendment; and
(b) record particulars of the amendment in the appropriate register; and
(c) give the environmental authority holder a copy of the amended environmental authority.
