Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive must, within the period prescribed under a regulation, do the following—
(a) consider the documents mentioned in section 45;
(b) prepare the final terms of reference;
(c) give the proponent a copy of the final terms of reference;
(d) publish the final terms of reference.
(2) The proponent must, if asked by the chief executive, pay the chief executive's reasonable costs incurred in publishing the final terms of reference.
