ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 58

In preparing an EIS assessment report, the chief executive must consider the following—

(a) the final terms of reference for the EIS;

(b) the submitted EIS;

(c) all properly made submissions and any other submissions accepted by the chief executive;

(d) the standard criteria;

(e) another matter prescribed under a regulation.
