Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a development application made but not decided under the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997 before the commencement.
(2) Chapter 4, part 1 as in force before the commencement continues to apply to the development application as if the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 had not commenced.
(3) In this section—
commencement means the day this section commences.
