EDUCATION (GENERAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2006 - SECT 17

In this part—

closure, of a State school, does not include the following—

(a) the temporary closure of the school;

(b) the permanent closure of the school if the Minister is reasonably satisfied exceptional circumstances exist that justify the closure.
