EDUCATION (GENERAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2006 - SECT 18
18 Notice of proposed closure or amalgamation
If the Minister proposes closing a State school or amalgamating 2 or more
State schools, the Minister must publish a notice about the proposal in the
gazette.
