Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Section 176(1) does not apply to a child who is provisionally registered, or registered, for home education under part 5.
(2) Also, section 176(1) does not apply to a child—
(a) if an application has been made, under part 5, for the provisional registration, or registration, of the child for home education; and
(b) the applicant has not been given notice of the decision on the application.
