Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A child who is provisionally registered, or registered, for home education may not be simultaneously enrolled at a State school or non-State school.
(2) A child is not eligible for provisional registration, or registration, for home education while the child is enrolled at a State school or non-State school.
