Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A State school's, or non-State school's, principal is not civilly liable for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this chapter.
(2) If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to a State school's, or non-State school's, principal, the liability attaches instead—
(a) for a State school's principal—to the State; or
(b) for a non-State school's principal—the school's governing body.
