EDUCATION (GENERAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2006 - SECT 510A
510A Limited effect of s 429A for 1 year
For 1 year after section 429A commences, the section does not apply to a
person who, on the commencement of the section, was the holder of a licence
under the Child Care Act 2002.
