Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) On the conviction of a person for an offence against this Act, the court may order the person to pay the department's reasonable costs of investigating the offence and preparing for the prosecution of the offence.
(2) This section does not limit the orders for costs the court may make.
