Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may, by written notice given to a person who is the holder of an electrical licence, require the person to give the chief executive, within a reasonable period of at least 21 days stated in the notice, information or a document the chief executive reasonably requires to satisfy the chief executive that the person continues to satisfy the eligibility requirements for the issue of the licence.
Example of information—
The person continues to hold public liability insurance of the required amount under a contract of insurance approved by the chief executive.
(2) The chief executive may, in the notice, require the person to verify the further information or document by statutory declaration.
(3) The person must comply with the notice, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
