Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If a non-State school's governing body gives the authority a notice asking that notices mentioned in this division be given to a nominated body instead of the governing body, the authority must comply with the request.
(2) If the authority complies with the request, it is taken to have complied with the requirement that a notice mentioned in this division be given by it to the governing body.
