EDUCATION (QUEENSLAND STUDIES AUTHORITY) ACT 2002 - SECT 59

59 Appointment of director

(1) There is to be a director of the office.

(2) The director is to be appointed by the Governor in Council.

(3) The director is appointed for the term stated in the instrument of appointment, and is eligible for reappointment.

(4) The stated term must not be longer than 5 years.

(5) The Public Service Act 2008 does not apply to the appointment of the director.
