EDUCATION (QUEENSLAND STUDIES AUTHORITY) ACT 2002 - SECT 6
6 Establishment of authority
(1) The Queensland Studies Authority
is established.
(2) The authority—
(a) is a body corporate; and
(b) has a
common seal; and
(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
