Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive must prepare a management plan for the management of State forests, timber reserves and forest entitlements areas in wild river areas.
(2) In preparing the plan, the chief executive must—
(a) have regard to any relevant code of practice approved under section 44A; and
(b) ensure the plan is not inconsistent with the wild river declarations for the areas.
