Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsA person or the person's manager, servant, or agent shall, if thereunto required by a person performing duties under this Act, acknowledge any notice, order, direction, or other document given, delivered, or served under this Act, by signing the original or, as the case may be, duplicate copy retained by the person performing duties under this Act.
