Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The State may make an arrangement under part 5 of the Commonwealth Fisheries Act for the management of a particular fishery, whether or not a Joint Authority is to have the management of a fishery under the arrangement.
(2) To remove any doubt, the arrangement is a statutory instrument to which the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 17 applies under the Statutory Instruments Act 1992, section 14.
