Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to registration under this subdivision, an authority other than a permit may be transferred unless, under a regulation or management plan, the authority is not transferable either generally or in the circumstances relating to the particular authority.
(2) On registration of the transfer, all rights and liabilities attaching to the authority vest in the transferee.
