Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may impose on a fisheries development approval the conditions the chief executive considers appropriate for advancing the objects of this Act.

See, however, the Planning Act, sections 345 (Conditions must be relevant or reasonable) and 347 (Conditions that can not be imposed).
(2) Also, the chief executive may impose on the approval a condition requiring the payment of security in the form and for the reasonable amount decided by the chief executive.
