Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies to a person who starts fisheries development under the Planning Act, section 584.
(2) For the Planning Act, section 584(1)(b), the person must give the notice to the chief executive and, if the development is assessable development for which the chief executive is not the assessment manager, the assessment manager.
