Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A quarantine or emergency quarantine declaration may state what action must be taken in the declared quarantine area by the holder of an authority applying to a place within the area.
(2) The action may include the destruction or treatment of fisheries resources or plants.
(3) The holder of the authority must not contravene the declaration.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3)—3000 penalty units.
