Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) Before deciding an application under section 138, the chief executive may, by notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the chief executive within the reasonable period of at least 30 days stated in the notice, further information or a document the chief executive reasonably requires to decide the application.
(2) The applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application if, within the stated period, the applicant does not comply with the requirement.
(3) The information or document under subsection (1) must, if the notice requires, be verified by statutory declaration.
