Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The commissioner may provide assistance to the occupier of a building in the preparation and implementation of the plan required to be maintained by the occupier pursuant to section 104E(a) and any regulations made under this part in relation to such a plan.
(2) An occupier to whom assistance is provided is liable to pay to the chief executive the amounts charged by the chief executive for the assistance.
