Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) If the commissioner proposes to second a person to the service, the commissioner may require the person to disclose to the commissioner particulars of any serious disciplinary action taken against the person.
Note—
See the following provisions in relation to secondments by the commissioner—
(a) the Public Service Act 2008, sections 23 and 120;
(b) the Public Service Regulation 2008, section 5 and schedule 1, item 7.
(2) The person must comply with the requirement before the secondment takes effect and within the time and in the way stated by the commissioner.
(3) The commissioner may have regard to information disclosed by the person under this section in deciding whether to second the person to the service.
(4) The commissioner is not required to further consider the person for secondment if the person—
(a) fails to comply with the requirement; or
(b) gives false or misleading information in response to the requirement.
