FINANCIAL INTERMEDIARIES ACT 1996 - SECT 17

17 Societies must comply with standards

(1) A society must comply with all relevant standards.

Maximum penalty—400 penalty units.

(2) If a society contravenes a standard, any officer of the society who is in default commits an offence.

Maximum penalty—400 penalty units.
