Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The registrar has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for, or in connection with, the performance of the registrar's functions under this Act.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the registrar has the powers conferred on the registrar under this Act.
