FINANCIAL INTERMEDIARIES ACT 1996 - SECT 21

21 The registrar to keep Treasurer informed

The registrar must—

(a) keep the Treasurer informed of the operation, administration and enforcement of this Act; and
(b) give the Treasurer reports and information about the matters as the Treasurer requires.
