FINANCIAL INTERMEDIARIES ACT 1996 - SECT 64

64 Failure to make payment an offence

If a society does not make a payment required to be made for a supervision levy, the society and any officer of the society who is in default each commit an offence.

Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
