FINANCIAL INTERMEDIARIES ACT 1996 - SECT 79
79 Alteration of rules by special resolution
(1) A society's rules may be altered only if the alteration has been approved
by special resolution of the members.
(2) Subsection (1) applies subject to
sections 80, 82 and 83.
