FINANCIAL SECTOR REFORM (QUEENSLAND) ACT 1999 - SECT 49

49 Transfer of assets and liabilities

(1) The Minister may enter into a transfer agreement under schedule 8, part 1, division 331 of the FSR Act connected with the transfer of QOFS's assets or liabilities to APRA or ASIC.

(2) The transfer agreement has effect according to its terms.
