Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the tribunal dismisses an application because it considers the application is frivolous, vexatious, misconceived or lacking in substance.
(2) The QCAT Act, section 49(2) does not apply to another application of the same kind in relation to the same matter.
