GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 2000 - SECT 239
239 Litigation guardian process not affected
This Act does not affect rules of court of the Supreme Court, District Court
or Magistrates Courts about a litigation guardian for a person under a legal
incapacity.
