Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) A person carrying out an authorised forensic examination of an adult is not liable for an act or omission to any greater extent than if the adult were an adult with capacity to consent and the act or omission happened with the adult's consent.
(2) An authorised forensic examination is not unlawful.
(3) In this section—
authorised forensic examination of an adult means a forensic examination of the adult, consent to which has been given by—
(a) a guardian for the adult; or
(b) the adult guardian under section 198A.
