Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) During the transitional period, section 29 is taken always to have applied in relation to a review of an appointment of an administrator for an adult as if the amendment of that section by the State Penalties Enforcement and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2009, section 216 had commenced on 1 July 2008.

transitional period means the period starting at the beginning of 1 July 2008 and ending at the end of the day before the commencement of the amendment.
