GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2009 - SECT 34

34 Right to tender

(1) An eligible person may by a tender made under section 35, tender for a proposed GHG permit the subject of a call for tenders.

(2) However, a tender can not be made—

(a) after the closing time for the call; or
(b) for only part of the proposed GHG permit's area.
