Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsThe Governor in Council may, pending the final disposal of any government stock or inscribed stock issued or created under the authority of this Act, obtain temporary advances from a corporation, financial institution or other source for such period and on such terms as to interest or otherwise as the Governor in Council thinks fit.
