Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a licensee fails to pay to a licensed monitoring operator, on or before the due date for payment, a basic monitoring fee, or a part of a basic monitoring fee, payable by the licensee to the operator for basic monitoring services supplied by the operator to the licensee.
(2) The licensed monitoring operator must give the chief executive a notice as required under section 184 advising of the licensee's failure to pay the fee, or the part of the fee, on or before the due date for payment.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)—40 penalty units.
