Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may grant leave of absence to the chairperson on such terms and conditions as the Minister considers appropriate.
(2) The chairperson may grant leave of absence to another commissioner on such terms and conditions as the chairperson considers appropriate.
