316 Gambling Community Benefit Committee

The Minister responsible for the administration of the gambling community benefit fund—

(a) must establish a committee called the Gambling Community Benefit Committee; and

(b) may decide—

(i) the membership of the committee; and

(ii) how it is to operate.
