Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) The health services levies are administered receipts of the department.
(2) The chief executive must establish and keep accounts to record amounts received as health services levy, called the health services fund accounts.
(3) To remove any doubt, it is declared that the chief executive's obligations under this section are additional to the chief executive's obligations under the Financial Accountability Act 2009.
